Appointment Guidelines

Welcome to our salon! To ensure an optimal experience for everyone, we operate on an appointment-only basis. Please arrive unaccompanied.

Health Considerations:

For the well-being of our staff and clients, if you’re unwell, kindly reschedule your appointment.

Detangle Fee:

If your hair requires significant detangling due to braids, wigs, or excessive tangles, a detangle fee will be added.

Ultimate Silk Press Experience:

For the best result, book an ultimate silk press experience if your hair hasn’t been straightened in over 3 months.

Time Management:

Respecting your time is crucial. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule with an applicable fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a 50% charge. No-call, no-shows will result in a 100% charge.
